摘要
目的总结小儿外科急腹症的诊断及治疗的经验。方法回顾性分析2004年7月至2009年7月本院收治的452例小儿外科急腹症的临床资料。结果患者行手术治疗共291例,其中8例术后切口感染,均经引流换药及二期缝合后治愈,其他无近期并发症发生。非手术治疗的患者经积极保守治疗后均恢复。结论认真询问病史、体格检查、实验室检查、鉴别诊断及及时手术,是准确诊断及治疗的基础。
Objective To study the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomen in children.Methods The clinical data of 452 patients with acute abdominal pain in our hospital from July 2004 to July 2009 were analyzed.Results A total of 291 patients received surgical intervention,among 8 of whom incision infection occurred and healed through dress care and by second intention.No other acute complication was observed.Other patients recovered smoothly from the conservative treatment.Conclusions The earnest inquiry of medical history,medical examination,laboratory examination,differential diagnosis and prompt surgery are critical for the accurate diagnosis and the treatment.
