异甘草酸镁治疗化疗后肝功能异常60例临床观察

Effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate on abnormal hepatic function after chemotherapy:60 cases report

目的:观察异甘草酸镁治疗化疗后肝功能异常的临床疗效。方法:化疗后出现肝功能异常患者60例,分成2组,治疗组使用异甘草酸镁200mg,加入5%葡萄糖注射液250mL中静脉点滴,疗程10d,对照组不使用任何保肝药物。治疗结束后进行疗效分析。观察两组患者肝功能(ALT、AST、TBiL)的变化。结果:治疗组肝功能改善情况(ALT、AST、TBiL下降程度和复常速度)明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:异甘草酸镁可明显改善化疗后肝功能指标,缩短肝损的病程,不良反应少,安全性高。

Objective：To observe the effect of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate on abnormal hepatic function after chemotherapy.Methods：A total of 60 cases with abnormal hepatic function after chemotherapy were divided into 2 groups：treatment group with 250 mL intravenous drip of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate 200 mg and 5% glucose injection for 10 d,and control group without liver-protective drugs.Hepatic function indexes including alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,aspartate aminotransferase（AST）and total bilirubin（TbiL）were observed and compared.Results：The improvement of hepatic function was more significant in treatment group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：With little side-effect and high security,magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate can markedly improve hepatic function indexes,and shorten the course.
