摘要
通过高透气度成型纸抗张强度、伸长率、定量、透气度等技术指标的变化,研究高透气度成型纸对滤棒成型加工的影响;研究LJY-2B、FT300两种滤棒吸阻测量仪及光电法、拉带法、气动法3种滤棒圆周测量方法对高透成型纸滤棒的测量影响。结果表明:(1)高透气度成型纸纵向抗张强度过低,成型时易断纸;纵向抗张强度过高,影响刀片切割,不利于自动断纸、换纸;纵向抗张强度波动大,盘纸在运行时,强度最小部位易断纸;横向抗张强度过低,抗膨胀能力较差;横向伸长率过高,当丝束总旦数增加时,受丝束向外压力易使滤棒膨胀、变形,造成圆度不匀;定量过低、纸张较薄、挺度不够,成型时易透胶、漏胶,影响烟枪清洁;定量过高,成型纸成本增加。(2)高透气度成型纸随透气度增加,滤棒通风透气性增大,不宜采用不完全密封法测量滤棒吸阻,也不宜使用气动法测量滤棒圆周,否则将增大测量误差。
The effect of properties of high permeability plug wrapper, tensile strength,elongation percentage,basic weight,permeability etc.,on the making of filter plug were studied.(1)When the longitudinal tensile strength is too low,the plug wrapper will fracture easily;When too high,the automatic cutting and changing paper will be difficult;When the strength fluctuate greatly,the paper will fracture at where the strength is the lowest.When the horizontal tensile streght is too low,the total denier is high,will make the filter plug changing roundness.When the basic weight is too low,the glue will seep when making the filter plug.(2)The permeability of filter plug will increase when the permeability of plug wrapper is increasing ,so the error will increase when using nontotal encapsulated method to measure the pressure drop and using airflow type equipment to measure the circumference of filter plug.
