大型混流式水轮机主要结构对比研究

摘要 为了确保水轮机产品技术先进、性能优良、降低制造成本,针对目前所收集的国内、外大型水电制造公司的部分大型机组的总体布置及重要零部件的结构设计进行了认真的对比研究,总结各自的优缺点。阐述大型水轮机主要零部件的选型及优化,供同行们在机组总体设计中参考。 In order to ensure the advanced technology,good performance and lower manufacturing cost of hydraulic turbine,the structure designs are comparatively researched for currently-collected materials on general layout and important components of some largesized units manufactured by large hydropower manufacturing companies at home and abroad,and their respective advantages and disadvantages are summarized.The selection and optimization of main components and parts are described,and it can provide reference on overall design of unit for personal in same trade.
