摘要
利用标准化的手段进行科学防范和细节管理,是现代旅游饭店安全管理的出路。文章结合广东省地方标准《旅游安全管理旅游(星级)饭店》的内容,梳理了饭店实施安全管理的脉络并总结出饭店安全管理的要点。
Scientific prevention and delicacy management with the method of standardization is the choose of modern tourist hotels in safety management. Concerning with the content of Guangdong Provincial Local Standard Tourism Safety Management-tourist (Star-rating) Hotels, the outline to apply safety management in hotels is stated in this paper, and then the kernel points of safety management in hotels are summarized.
