废石-全尾砂高浓度充填料浆管输阻力影响因素分析 被引量:23

摘要 在废石-全尾砂高浓度充填料浆泵压管输方面,由于粗粒级废石骨料的加入,料浆的流变特性和输送特性均发生很大变化,因此其管输阻力也发生较大变化。文中对环管试验所测得的管输阻力数据进行了分析,在一定范围内表明了流速、质量浓度、废石尾砂比等因素对管输阻力的影响。 In the pumping transportation of waste rock-full railings high concentration filling slurry, because of coarsegrained gravel have been added, the rheological properties and transport characteristics of the slurry are greatly changed, so the resistance of pipeline transport are also changed. The data measured in round-pipe-test were analyzed in the text, and the results showed that the flow rate, mass concentration, the ratio of waste rock and railings effected on the resistance of pipeline transport to a certain extent.
