摘要
本文介绍一种新的用于金刚石锯片开刃机的自动控制系统。以可编程控制器为核心,采用无感矢量交流变频器与交流变频电动机构成金刚石锯片旋转自动调速系统。应用矢量变频调速技术,使旋转的金刚石锯片实现横向和纵向的往返移动以及精确的定位控制。该系统具有直观的数显方式和报警系统,能够稳定产品质量,便于操作控制,能很好的满足高档金刚石锯片开刃机的要求,具有良好的适应性。
A new automatic control system used for diamond saw blade sharpening machine was developed.It consists of programmable logic controller(PLC),noninductive vector variable frequency drive(VFD) converters and alternating current(AC) variable frequency electric motors.Horizontal and longitudinal movement as well as accurate positioning of the rotating diamond saw blade can be realized by means of vector convertor speed governing technique.This system has neat display and alarming function,thus facilitating the operation and guaranteeing the machining quality.This system is proved to be suitable for the edge sharpening machine for high grade diamond saw blade.
