长江流域水资源面临的形势与可持续利用对策

Situation of water resources in Yangtze River Basin and countermeasures for sustainable utilization

根据长江流域水资源及其开发利用现状、至2030年的水资源供需分析及水资源配置情况,分析了当前和今后一个时期长江流域水资源面临的形势。提出了全面推进节水型社会建设、大力强化水资源与水生态环境保护、不断加强水资源综合利用体系建设、高度重视跨流域调水工程影响、逐步实现控制性水利水电工程统一调度和建立健全水资源管理制度等6个方面的对策措施,以实现长江流域水资源的可持续利用。

According to development and utilization status quo and supply-demand up of water resources to 2030 as well as water resources allocation in Yangtze River,the situation of water resources at present and in the future is analyzed.Based on the analysis results,we put forward 6 countermeasures as follows to realize sustainable utilization of water resources in Yangtze River Basin,overall promoting the establishment of water-saving society,enhancing protection of water resources and water eco-environment,strengthening comprehensive construction of water resources utilization system,paying close attention to influences of inter-basin water transfer,realizing integrated regulation of controlling water conservancy and hydroelectric projects step by step and establishing and perfecting water resources management system.
