摘要
三峡水库是长江中下游防洪的关键性控制工程。2008年三峡水库建设任务基本全面完成,汛后试验性蓄水至172.8 m。2009年汛期,长江上游发生5 a来最大洪水,8月6日寸滩站洪峰流量达55 000 m3/s。通过三峡水库调蓄,降低了长江中下游干流水位,长江干流宜昌、沙市、监利等站水位均未超过警戒水位,荆南4河接近或超过警戒水位,减轻了长江中下游特别是湖北省的防洪压力,实现了三峡水库防洪、发电等综合效益的初步发挥。
TGP reservoir is the key flood control project for the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.In 2008,the construction of TGP was fundamentally completed and the tentative impoundment of the reservoir after flood season reached 172.8 m.In 2009,the biggest flood in past 5 years occurred in the upper basin,and on August 6,the maximum peak flood discharge at Cuntan Hydrological Station reached 5 500 m3/s.Through flood regulation of TGP,the water levels at the stations on the middle and lower reaches of the river dropped and the water levels of main stations on the stem such as Yichang,Shashi,Jianli,etc.were lower than the warning levels,however,the water levels of 4 rivers in south area of Jingzhou City were close to or slightly higher than warning levels.The regulation of TGP reservoir mitigated the flood control pressure in the middle and lower area of the Yangtze River and achieved comprehensive benefits of flood control,power generation,etc.
