摘要 通过采用现行规范对已溃Teton大坝进行安全鉴定的结果与事实相悖来启示工程设计人员在设计土石坝时不能简单地将符合规范要求的计算结果作为大坝安全的保证或唯一判据。阐述综合现有认知、运用现有计算手段对35 a前发生溃坝的Teton水库资料进行重新分析并总结经验的必要性。结合现场勘察资料和二维、三维有限元模型计算结果,论证了帷幕布置以及坝座接触带的处理不当是直接导致Teton坝溃坝的原因。 The conclusions of safety appraisal of Teton Dam by current codes are contrary to the facts,which enlighten engineers that the calculation results meeting with the code requirements can not be simply taken as the assurance or the only criterion of earth-rockfill dam safety.We describe the necessities of re-analyzing and summarizing experiences of Teton Dam that failed more than 35 years ago by the use of existing recognition and calculation means.With the combination of field investigation data and calculation results by 2D and 3D finite element models,it is proved that the curtain arrangement and the incorrect treatment of dam abutment contact zone are the direct causes of Teton Dam′s failure.
