摘要
作为水轮发电机组的核心部件,转子安装向来以精度要求高、质量控制严著称,是水电站机电安装的质量控制重点。河南宝泉抽水蓄能电站的转子具有转速高、整体高度高、结构特殊、公差配合小、叠片难度大、圆度测量控制难、组装程序复杂、安装工艺新、施工难点多且工期紧和任务重等特点,具有一定的代表性。通过宝泉抽水蓄能电站水泵水轮发电机组转子组装,总结了高水头高转速水轮发电机组转子组装工艺及技术控制措施,并对关键工艺的技术要点作了较详细的描述,可为同类型机组的转子安装提供参考和借鉴。
As the core of hydro-generator unit,rotor assembly is the key of quality control of mechanical-electrical installation with requirement of high precision and strict quality control.The rotor system of Baoquan Pumped Storage Power Station in Henan Province is a representative one with the characteristics of high rotation speed,great height,special structure,small fitting tolerance requirement,difficult sheet lamination,difficult roundness measurement and control,complicated assembling procedure,new installation technology,a lot of construction difficulties,short construction period and heavy tasks.Through rotor assembly of Baoquan Pumped Storage Power Station,we discuss the assembly technologies and technique control measures of rotors of high head and high rotation speed hydro-generator unit and give a detailed description of the technical points of key working procedures.
