摘要
通过理论分析、计算离子交换树脂淋洗达到终点时出水的电导率并结合实际测定其变化趋势,同时考虑真实情况的偏差,确定以电导率为指标的淋洗终点的实际控制值。以电导率控制淋洗终点效果良好,而且比pH值更灵敏、准确。
Theoretical conductivity at the end-points of rinsing of ion-exchangers is calculated. The practical conductivity is determined based on the theoretical analysis and the experimental results.The end-point control in terms of conductivity is preferable to pH value.
