摘要
以抽样形式调查了影响中小学图书馆员职业幸福感的因素,并对结果进行理性分析与思考,提出相应的对策,以期缓解、消弭图书馆员中普遍存在的职业倦怠,增强他们积极的情绪体验,促进馆员职业生涯健康发展。
The author investigates the factors of well - being of primary and secondary school librarians by the sample survey, and the survey results are rationally analyzed, some corresponding countermeasures are proposed to solve their occupational burnout problems, to enhance their positive emotional experience, and to promote their healthy development of career.
