Three Dimensions of Construction of New Rural Communication System

调查发现,在桂东南新农村建设中对农传播出现了分化和失衡,为了改善和优化当前对农传播格局,政府是解决对农传播难题的关键,应以政府为主导,媒介积极响应,农村受众素养同步提升的条件下,构筑"政府为主导以农民为本"的新农村传播体系。

The concerned inquiries reveal that differentiation and imbalance of agricultural communication has occurred in the construction of new rural of Southeast of Guangxi.In order to improve and optimize current pattern agricultural communication,the government is a key factor to solve the agriculturacommunication problems.Therefore,we should build a new rural communication system of ＂government-led to farmer-centered＂,which should be led by the government,make positive response from the media,and elevate in rural audience literacy of media at the same time.
