摘要
通过绞股蓝的水、乙醇和弱碱,麦饭石的盐酸、醋酸以及柠檬酸提取工艺的比较,得出了各自的最佳提取方法:绞股蓝在pH7~79的Na2CO3水溶液中加热至沸腾提取3次,每次40min;麦饭石在pH3~4的柠檬酸水溶液中,100℃温度下提取2h。同时以甜茶为纠味剂制成绞股蓝麦饭石保健饮料,解决了饮料久置产生的沉淀问题。
The health drink uses Maifanshi which is a traditional chinese health mineral medicine Gynostemma Pentaphyllum Makino as main raw materials.The optimal extracting conditions are determined.Gynlstemma 100°C for 3 times each time for 40 min.Maifhnshi is infused in citric acid solution (pH3~4) at 100°C for 2 hours.mix the two extracts with a natural sweetener Lithocarpus Polystachyus Rehd.
