摘要
我国现行的《广告法》自正式实施以来,在很大程度上保证、促进了整个广告行业的规范运作。但《广告法》历经十余载后,其部分内容已无法服务新时期、新形势对市场秩序、市场公正及经济发展的需要。《广告法》亟需修订和完善,制定更为明细的法规条款、弥补法律漏洞,提高其执行力,从而更好地维护公众利益、促进行业健康发展。
As our current Advertisement Law implemented in official,the law to a large extent guarantees and promotes the advertising industry's standardized work.However,after more than ten years,some of its contents have been unable to service the requirements of ordering and fairing market and economic development in the new period and situation.Therefore,the Advertisement Law needs to be revised and improved.Same time,the law must be formulated the provisions and made up the legal loophole to increase its execution,which is better to safeguard the public interests and promote trade and sound development.
