摘要
对蜂胶的抑菌防腐作用进行了研究,结果证明,一定浓度的蜂胶对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、啤酒酵母、黑曲霉具有一定的抑菌作用,其抑菌强弱的顺序为:大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、啤酒酵母、黑曲霉。用10%蜂胶做天然防腐剂替代化学防腐剂,研制出王浆蜜的第2代产品“纯天然王浆蜜口服液”。
The antimicrobial and antiseptic action of propolis was studied,and any conclusion was made.Propolis with a certain concentration could inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Aspergillus niger in some degree.The order of antimicrobial action from strong to weak is Escherichia coli Staphylococcus aureus,Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Aspergillus niger. Using 10 percent propolis as natural antiseptic in stead of chemical antiseptic,the product of 2nd generation “Pure Natural Royal Jelly Oral Liquid” can be obtained.
