摘要
150kV逆变高压电源与原有中频发电式高压电源相比,具有更高的高压稳定度和更小的纹波,从而提高了工艺的稳定性和重复性。本文中所设计的电子束焊接用高压电源,基于先进逆变技术和倍压拓扑技术,不仅动态响应快、电气性能指标高及控制性能好,而且具有体积小、重量轻、效率高等一系列优点,完全能够满足电子束焊接的工艺要求。
Compared with traditional medium-frequency generated high-voltage power supply, 150kV high- voltage inverter power supply has better stabilization and smaller ripples, which can satisfies the needs of EBW better. In this paper, we propose a high-voltage power supply by using the advanced inverter technology and the matrix topology. It not only has fast dynamic response, good electrical properties and control performance, but also has the advantages of small size, light weight and high efficiency. Therefore this power supply can meet the EBW process requirements well.
