本体异质结有机太阳能电池性能影响因素 被引量:4

摘要 基于电子给体/受体共混体系制备的本体异质结有机太阳能电池是一种低能耗、高效率的有机光伏器件,是目前国内外研究的热点之一。作为器件的核心部分,光电转化共混活性层的质量优劣会直接影响电池的光电转换效率。文章以P3HT:PCBM共混体系为基础探讨影响本体异质结有机太阳能电池性能的因素。研究发现,给/受体材料的共混比例、有机溶剂的沸点、活性层厚度以及器件的热退火处理等因素都可直接影响到太阳能电池的性能。
