摘要 本文介绍了一种20kV高压直流电源。该电源采用线性直流稳压技术、 "H"桥逆变技术、倍压整流技术产生宽范围且高稳定度的电压输出,同时采用双刀双掷小型功率继电器实现正负极性的切换。该电源具有较强的通用性,成本较低,且具有限压限流等保护功能。 This paper presents a 20kV high voltage DC power supply. By combining DC Linear Technology, "H"- bridge inverter technology and Voltage rectification, a wide range and high stability voltage output is achieved. Moreover, a DPDT mini-power relay is introduced to realize the switch between positive and negative state. This power supply is universal, low-cost and by limiting the current and voltage, it can protect itself.
