液体表面张力和粘度对压电喷射液滴形成过程影响的数值模拟 被引量:16

摘要 采用数值模拟方法,以水为模拟对象,研究了液滴的形成过程。通过选取4种其他不同表面张力和粘度的液体做为研究对象,探讨了实际物理量表面张力和粘度对液滴喷射过程的影响。结果表明,数值模拟对研究液滴形成与下落具有很好的适用性,能够大致预测喷墨印刷的质量。 This paper takes water as the simulation objective and studied the forming process of water droplets by means of numerical simulation.Then the paper chose four kinds of other liquids with different surface tension and viscosity as research objectives,so as to explore the effect of the actual physical quantities(such as surface tension and viscosity) on the ejection process of droplet.The results show that numerical simulation is suitable for researching the formation and fall of droplets,and can approximately predict the quality of ink jet printing.
