Filling nano-Al_2O_3 for Modifying Polypropylene

摘要 采用纳米材料Al2O3粉末充填聚丙烯(PP),以提高PP的力学性能。通过力学性能测试、广角X射线分析、电镜扫描和透射电镜观察表明:PP/nano-Al2O3复合材料(Al2O3的质量分数为3%)的结晶度较PP提高了9.5%,拉伸强度提高了10.7%,耐缺口冲击强度提高了21.0%,综合性能达到最好。 The mechanical properties of polypropylene(PP) could be strengthened after PP was filled with nano-Al2O3.Tests of mechanical properties and analyses of scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM) as well as wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD) showed that the crystallinity of PP/nano-Al2O3(3wt%) is improved by 9.5% compared with PP's,the tensile strength is enhanced by 10.7%,ans the notch impact strength is intensified by 21.0%.The comprehensive performance is of nanocomposite is by far the best.
