不同预压程度下蜂窝纸板动态缓冲特性的研究

Research on Dynamic Cushioning Properties of Honeycomb Type Board Under Different Extent of Precompression

对蜂窝纸板进行不同程度的预压缩处理,并对经处理后的蜂窝纸板特性进行动态冲击试验研究,利用动态缓冲试验软件得到了最大加速度-静应力和缓冲系数-最大应力特性曲线。实验结果表明:预压缩程度的大小对蜂窝纸板的冲击缓冲特性有一定的影响,蜂窝纸板不适合应用在承受多次冲击压缩的场合[1]。

Different extent of precompression was made to honeycomb type boards,and dynamic impact test research was performed to the characteristics of honeycomb type board after treatment.Dynamic cushioning test software was utilized to get the maximum acceleration-steady stress and cushion coefficient-maximum stress characteristics curves.The test results show that： Different extents of precompression have certain effects on the impact cushioning properties of honeycomb type board,and it is not suitable for the occasion of bearing multiple times of impact compression.
