折页机自动预置系统的研究

Research on Automatic Presetting System for Folding Machine

针对折页机数字化程度低的问题,对数字化折页机的前期预置系统进行了研究。详细解释了折页模式(JDF定义),阐述了折页机的工作原理,并对折页模式与折页机单元组配之间相互关系进行了研究。以模块的思想对折页模式和折页机折页单元组配进行分解,提出了一种针对既定折页模式,判断现有折页机可否完成的方法,完成了折页机预置系统的开发。

As the digitization level of folding machine,is low,we studied the front-end presetting system for digitized folding machine,provided a detailed explanation on folding pattern（JDF definition）,and described the working principle of folding machine.Moreover,we conducted research on the interrelation between the folding pattern and unit coordination of folding machine.Finally,according to a module idea,we decomposed the folding pattern and folding unit coordination of folding machine,put forward a solution which determines whether the existing folding machine can meet the completion of established folding pattern,and then finished the development of presetting system for folding machine.
