热转印油墨的制备及其流变学特性研究 被引量:2

Preparation of Thermic Transfer Ink and Research on Its Rheology Properties

摘要 对新配制的热转印油墨的流变学性能进行了测试,结合聚合物分子结构、油墨体系结构,对试验结果进行分析讨论,并对热转印油墨的附着力进行了测试分析。结果表明,新配制的热转印油墨属于非牛顿流体,流变学性能良好,油墨与基体间附着力得到了改善。 New thermal transfer ink was made and its rheology properties were tested.Combined with the molecular structure of polymer and systematic structure of ink,the experiment results were discussed,and the adhesion of thermal transfer ink was tested and analyzed.The results show that the new thermal transfer ink is non-Newtonian fluid,its rheology properties are excellent,and the adhesion between ink and printing stock is improved.
