基于机器视觉的文字印刷质量检测与评价

Detection and Evaluation of Chinese Character Printing Quality Based on Machine Vision

为实现印刷质量的快速检测与客观评价指标的改进,针对人眼对文字印刷质量的检测与评价的局限性,利用自行设计的文字印刷在线质量检测测控条,运用机器视觉、图像处理及模式识别等手段,对文字印刷质量进行了检测和评价。实验证明,该方法可以提高书刊印刷的质量和效率,并降低生产成本。

Aimed at the limitations of detection and evaluation of Chinese characters printing quality by human eye is,in order to realize rapid detection to printing quality and improvement of objective evaluation index,the observation and control bar designed by ourselves was utilized for on-line quality detection to Chinese characters printing quality by means of machine vision,image processing and pattern recognition,etc.Experiments show that the method can improve the quality and efficiency of book printing,and reduce the production cost.
