摘要
人力资本理论强调教育对经济增长和个人收入的积极作用,表明教育是克服贫困的一种有效手段。但在我国经济转轨过程中,却出现了部分低收入家庭"教育致贫"的现象。本文在分析导致我国部分家庭"教育致贫"现象产生的各因素的基础上,探讨"教育致贫"问题发生的机理,并提出解决"教育致贫"问题的政策建议。
The theory of human capital emphasizes that education plays an increasingly important role in economic growth and personal income, which shows that education is an effective anti-poverty measure. However, along with the restructuring of the economic system, the problem of education leading to poverty occurs in some low-income families. The paper explores its interactive mechanisms and puts forward some proposals to solve the problem based on the analysis of each factor leading to poverty.
