本文通过对国家示范性高职院校分布与重点建设专业情况的剖析,总结示范性高职院校制度设计与建设中存在的问题,提出从战略高度重新审视示范建设、建立联动机制、实施动态管理等策略。

Through the analysis on the allocation of national model higher vocational colleges and key majors in developing, the paper concludes some existing problems in the systematic design and construction model higher vocational colleges and proposes to review the strategies of model construction, establishing linkage mechanism and the dynamic management from the strategy level.
