摘要
职业教育的成效大小在很大程度上与劳动力市场能否适应相关。在职业教育对劳动力市场的适应性问题上,由技术文化传统、管理归属模式和经费保障等因素,对职业教育运营环境的影响非常显著。
Whether vocational education is successful or not largely depends on the degree of its adaptability to labor market. Among those factors of which vocational education adapts labor market, its operating environment containing the tradition of technology culture, the model of management ownership and fund guarantee affects significantly the adaptability of vocational education to labor market.
