The combination of entrepreneurship education and production-study cooperative education is the best and effective way to realize the educational tasks and educational goals, meanwhile, the inevitable course to foster creative entrepreneurship talents in the development of education in the new era. The article explores many ways for the productionstudy cooperation and puts forward to establish a long-term, scientific operating protection mechanism from the aspects of policy incentives, legal restrictions, organization and coordination, interests protection and so on.
