通过研究起爆药生产制造工艺流程,分析危险因素,确定了起爆药干药制造及运送过程中影响安全的节点工序,进而对起爆药干药筛药倒药及人工运送进行了有针对性的流程再造,通过机械化和自动控制,实现了提高起爆药筛药倒药及运送的安全水平和劳动生产率的双目标。

By studying the production process of initiation explosive and analyzing the hazards in production,the Node processes influencing the safety during the process of drying and transporting the initiation explosive were determined and then the drying,sifting,dumping and transporting process were redesigned.Using the mechanization and automation control,the two aims of improving the level of safety of sifting,dumping and transporting process and raising productivity were come true.
