摘要
目的 探讨环磷酰胺(CP)对长爪沙鼠血细胞作用的特征.方法 取长爪沙鼠随机分成阴性对照组和CP组(分低、高剂量组),经腹腔注射,连续5天,给药后30天麻醉沙鼠腹腔取血检测血常规.结果 环磷酰胺低、高二个剂量均能显著减少长爪沙鼠血中白细胞的数量(P〈0.05),各剂量组的淋巴细胞百分比与正常组比较没有显著变化(P〉0.05);低、高二个剂量组的环磷酰胺均能显著减少长爪沙鼠血中红细胞的数量(P〈0.05或0.01),但血红蛋白的浓度并没有改变(P〉0.05);MCV、MCH、MCHC均比正常对照组有所增大,红细胞比容则均有所下降,红细胞体积分布异质性参数(RDW-CV)存在增大的趋势;环磷酰胺能引起长爪沙鼠血小板的明显减少并呈剂量依赖性.结论 环磷酰胺对长爪沙鼠的作用特征为:(1)显著减少血中白细胞各种成分的数量,但对粒细胞的作用大于淋巴细胞;(2)显著减少红细胞的数量,并能引起不同程度的贫血,而这种贫血可能是红细胞增生性贫血;(3)能引起长爪沙鼠血小板的明显减少,而且随着环磷酰的剂量加大,血小板减少愈发显著.
Objective To investigate the role of cyclophosphamide (CP) in the blood cells of Meriones unguiculatus.Methods Meriones unguiculatus were randomly divided into control group and CP group; the latter group was subdivided low-dose group and high-dose group.CP was administered intraperitoneally for 5 days.30 days after the last administration,Meriones unguiculatus blood was drawn for routine blood tests after intraperitoneal anesthesia.Results Cyclophosphamide at either dose significantly reduced the number of leukocytes (P〈0.05).The percentage of lymphocytes did not differ significantly between the two CP groups and the control group (P〉0.05).Low- or high-dose cyclophosphamide significantly reduced the number of erythrocytes (P〈0.05 and P〈0.01).However,hemoglobin concentration did not change (P〉0.05); MCV,MCH,and MCHC increased,and RDW-CV had an increasing trend in the CP group,as compared with those in the control group.Cyclophosphamide induced a marked reduction in platelet level in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusions The characteristic role of cyclophosphamide in Meriones unguiculatus is as follow: it induced a marked reduction in the number of various components of leukocytes,but the effect on granulocytes may be greater than that on lymphocytes; it can significantly reduce the number of erythrocytes and induce varying degrees of anemia which may be erythrocyte proliferative anemia; it significant decreased the platelet level in dose-dependent fashion.
