高强度聚焦超声治疗盆腹腔中晚期恶性肿瘤疗效观察

The efficacy of high-intensity focused ultrasound ablation for advanced abdominal and pelvic malignant tumors

目的 观察高强聚焦超声治疗盆腹腔中晚期恶性肿瘤的近期疗效.方法 采用高强聚焦超声治疗盆腹腔恶性肿瘤共46例,观察其影像学、肿瘤标志物变化及疼痛的改善,了解治疗过程中并发症.结果 根据彩超影像变化,采用高强聚焦超声治疗后有效率达89%;治疗前肿瘤标志物呈阳性,对晚期恶性肿瘤合并疼痛者,治疗有效率达80%.46例患者治疗中仅有1例发生皮肤浅度烧伤,无其它并发症及不良反应.结论 高强聚焦超声治疗盆腹腔中晚期恶性肿瘤具有无创伤,疗效确切、并发症少等优点,是治疗中晚期腹腔、盆腔恶性实体肿瘤的一种新的有效的局部治疗方法.

Objective To explore the short-term efficacy of high-intensity focused ultrasound （HIFU） ablation for advanced abdominal and pelvic malignant tumors.Methods HIFU ablation was performed on 46 patients with solidary tumors.The radiologic alterations,changes in tumor markers,level of pain relief were noted.The complications of treatmet was also observed.Results The overall effectiveness rate was 89%（41/46）; the effectiveness rate was 80% （12/15） in the patients with cancer pain.No servere adverse effects occurred except degree I skin burn in one patient.Conclusions High-intensity focused ultrasound ablation is a new,noninvasive,effective procedure in the treament of abdominal and pelvic solidary malignancies and it has fewer complications.
