摘要
介绍一种基于8098单片机的鉴相型直线式感应同步器的二坐标位测量装置。该装置使用了360°鉴相原理和电子细分技术。阐述了硬件电路设计和软件编程方法。
A phase-distinguished linear inductive synchronous transducer position-measuring device of two axes is introduced. The device employed the 360° phase-distinguished technical princple and electric fine separaing technology. The hardwar circuit design and a method of software programming are also elucidated.
