八角茴香及其提取物莽草酸的应用进展 被引量:18

摘要 随着2005年禽流感在全世界范围内的爆发,作为中国传统香料的八角茴香由于含有抵抗禽流感药物达菲的原料成分——莽草酸,逐渐被人们所重视。而达菲又是最近流行的甲型H1N1流感两种治疗药物之一。作为达菲的原材料的开发、利用研究又再度升温。鉴于禽流感疫情以及甲型H1N1流感的预防与治疗问题仍未得到有效解决,本文对国内外相关资料进行查询、整理,从原料八角茴香的外形特征鉴别、化学成分,提取物莽草酸的分离提取纯化、药物作用、临床应用以及新原料的开发利用等方面进行系统介绍,为人们进一步认识八角茴香的食用和药用价值以及主要提取物的工艺提供参考。 On account of the outbreak of avian influenza around the world in 2005,Illicium verum fruit used as the Chinese traditional spice has been paid more attention, because it contains an important component, shikimic acid,which was used as a raw material for Tamiflu used to resistant to avian influenza virus. Furthermore ,Tamiflu has turned to be an al- ternative drug coped with recent A/HIN1 influenza. The study on it was,thus,recalled. Due to the problem of preventing and treatment of avian influenza and A/H1N1 still unsolved effectively,we reviewed the shape features and chemical composition of Illicium verum fruit,extraction and purification of shikimic aeid,pharmacodynamics,and exploration and clinic application of new raw material ,systematically. The information provided is to serve as a reference for utilization of the resource of Illicium verum fruit and shikimic acid.
