摘要
海州香薷目前已开始应用于环境修复,但其后续资源化问题一直未得到有效解决。本文探讨了海州香薷总黄酮的含量及其抑菌效果,希望能为后续资源化利用开发相应的抗菌剂产品提供参考。本研究采用超声波法提取海州香薷总黄酮,以Rutin作标样,510 nm波长条件下测定其含量。结果表明,海州香薷花期花枝总黄酮的含量高达90.56 mg.g-1,全草中总黄酮的含量达47.66 mg.g-1;海州香薷总黄酮提取液对番茄枯萎病菌、水稻纹枯病菌、芒果蒂腐病菌和茄腐镰刀病菌都有一定的抑菌效果,其中75%乙醇提取液对芒果蒂腐病菌效果最为显著,抑制率达到54.13%。
This article research on content of total flavone and its antifungal effect of Elsholtzia splendens. This research adopt ultrasonic to extract total flavone of Elsholtzia splendens. And use Rutin as standard sample to mensurate total flavone at 510nm wavelength through colorimetry. The results showed that the content of total flavones of Elsholtzia splendens's flowers as high as 90.56 mg·g-1 ,while the number of its whole plant is 47.66 mg·g-1. The extract of total flavone from Elsholtzia splendens have certain restrain effect on Fusarium wilt of tomato, Pellicularia sasakii, Botryodiplodia theobromae,Fusarium solani. The extract of 75% ethanol has obvious effects on Botryodiplodia theobromae,and showed 54.13% of antifungal effect.
