摘要
视频分析的图像后处理中采用动静态混合阀值技术提取运动物体,并应用形状匹配法对提取的运动物体进行分类,提出巡更与智能视频分析绊线报警联动的解决方案,该解决方案在西溪国家湿地公园的安全防范集成系统中取得了良好的应用效果。
The Video Analysis of the Image Post-processing, which extract moving objects with the techniques of static and dynamic mixed-threshold, shapes matching method to the application of the trip wire alarm linkage of patrol and intelligent video analysis. The matching method has achieved a good application effect on the security and protection integrated system at the Xixi National Wetland Park .
