摘要
在满足各个工况下的刚强度要求前提下,为了实现燃料电池轿车轻量化,通过对目前副车架进行的拓扑和尺寸优化,改变了原有设计结构,使得结构轻量化和可靠。分析表明,新副车架工艺上可行,满足工艺和装配要求,实现了优化目标。
In order to achieve the lightweight of fuel cell car,and through topology and size optimization on the current sub-frame ,we have changed the original design structure under the premise of the requirements to meet the stiffness and strength in various operating conditions ,which made the structure light weight and reliable. Analysis showed that the new sub-frame technology is feasible ,which meet the technical and assembly requirements ,and achieved the optimal goal.
