摘要
目的观察咀嚼压力增强对大鼠剩余牙槽嵴中MMP-13表达的变化。方法建立大鼠剩余牙槽嵴创伤性吸收的动物实验模型,于3d、7d、14d、21d、56d后取材,采用SP免疫组织化学方法进行染色,观察MMP-13表达的变化。结果实验组牙槽骨吸收,MMP-13呈强阳性表达,且这种变化随着观察时间的变化而变化,在7d、14d时最明显,与对照组比较有统计学意义(p〈0.05);而在28d、56d时二者差别不大。结论咀嚼压力增强时,剩余牙槽嵴中MMP-13表达的量增多,且其含量的变化与压力大小有关,力值越大,表达越强。
Objective To explore the effect of increased masticatory pressure on the expression of MMP-13 in rat residual ridge. Methods A rat model of traumatic absorption of residual ridge was established. The expression of MMP-13 in the tissue samples of residual ridge was detected by SP immuno- histochemical assay on days 3, 7, 14, 21, and 56. Results As compared with the control group, alveolar bone resorption occulted markedly and MMP-13 was highly expressed in the experimental group, especially on days 7 and 14 (P〈0.05); hut these changes did not differ significantly on days 28 and 56. Conclusions The expression level of MMP-13 in rat residual ridge is elevated with the increased masticatory pressure. The change in the expression level is associated with the pressure level; the greater the masticatory pressure is, the higher the expression will be.
