盆腔脓肿的超声误诊分析

An analysis of ultrasonographic misdiagnosis of pelvic abscess

目的探讨盆腔脓肿的超声特点及误诊原因。方法对25例盆腔脓肿患者的超声特点及误诊原因进行回顾性分析。结果盆腔脓肿超声表现复杂多样，主要表现为盆腔包块，为圆形或不规则形肿块，卵巢结构不清。超声检查缺乏特异性，检查误诊率为38％（25／66）。结论盆腔脓肿误诊率较高，超声检查需结合临床表现及实验室检查，综合分析可提高诊断准确率。

Objective To analyze the uhrasonographic characteristics of pelvic abscess and the cause of misdiagnosis. Methods The data on the uhrasonographic characteristics of pelvic abscess and the cause of misdiagnosis in 25 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results The appearance of pelvic abscess on ultrasonography was various, mainly pelvic masses with round or irregular shapes and absence of ovarian structure. Uhrasonography for pelvic abscess lacked specificity, with a diagnosis rate of 38%. Condusions Ultrasonography for pelvic abscess has a higher misdiagnosis rate and should be integrated with the clinical demonstrations and laboratory tests to improve the accuracy of the diagnosis.
