清远市清城区2005—2008年性病门诊就诊者HIV哨点监测结果分析

Analysis of HIV sentinel surveillance among the STD outpatient visitors of Qingcheng borough in Qingyuan City among 2005-2008

目的通过对清远市城区2005—2008年性病门诊就诊者的HIV感染状况及危险因素行为特征分析，为艾滋病综合防治和科学干预提供信息和依据。方法对2005—2008年连续监测的清远市慢性病防治医院皮肤性病门诊就诊者，采集血样标本和问卷调查。结果2005—2008年在1976名性病门诊就诊者中检出HIV阳性率为0．25％，梅毒阳性检出率为7．14％；就诊者中以20～40岁的男性为主；已婚者比例为74．75％、未婚为24．09％、离异丧偶为1．16％；近3个月有非婚性行为性伴者34．58％；不用安全套的比例16．58％、有时用的比例为72．31％、每次用的仅占11．11％；毒品使用为0．10％；曾经卖过血者为0．20％。结论清远市清城区性病门诊就诊者中存在因性接触传播HIV的危险因素，因此须加强性病门诊规范化诊治，开展有针对性的健康教育和长期动态的监测。

Coneltmioaa There existed the risk factors of spreading the HIV by sexual contact among the STD outpatient visitors of Qingeheng borough in Qingyuan City, so the standardized diagnosis and treatment of STD clinic must be strengthened and it was very necessary to implement the specific health education and the long-term dynamic surveillance.
