摘要
以不同种类、粒度大小的TiO2和碳黑为原料,采用微波合成的方法制备Ti(CX、N1-X)固溶体。对合成样品进行X衍射分析,并结合热力学、动力学理论对结果进行分析。结果表明,严格控制反应温度、时间、气氛和压力,可以在较低温度下得到预定x值的单相Ti(CX、N1-X)固溶体。
Ti(CX,N1-X) solid solution was synthe sized by microwave heating me thod using different kinds of TiO2 and C as materials.Synthesized samples were characterized by XRD,and analyzed with kinetic and thermodynamic theories.The results show that single-phase Ti(CX,N1-X) solid solution with a predetermined value of X can be synthesized by microwave heating at a lower temperature as long as reaction temperature,time,atmosphere and pressure are strictly controlled.
