摘要
以多孔陶瓷板为固定化载体设计生物反应器,固定苔藓及其菌根菌处理微污染水。以高岭土、长石、粉煤灰等为主要原料,于1150℃烧制多孔陶瓷板,开口孔隙率在20~35%,微米和毫米级两种孔径分布,抗压强度20.3Mpa,敷设在坡度为0.05的长方形反应器中,固定化苔藓菌根菌后再在多孔陶瓷板上铺设苔藓,在气温低于10℃条件下处理微污染水,CODcr去除率达到89.6%;总氮的去除率达到45.8%。结果表明多孔陶瓷生物反应器能满足苔藓及其菌根菌生长需求,充分发挥苔藓-菌根菌共生体的抗寒能力,对微污染水有较好的处理效果。
Based on immobilization carrier of porous ceramics,a bioreactor with immobilized moss and mycorrhizas was designed for the treatment of micro-polluted water.Raw materials,including kaolinite clay,feldspar,fly ash,etc,were sintered at 1150℃ into porous ceramic boards with open porosity of 20~35%,pore size distribution on two scales and compression strength of 20.3Mpa.Mosses covered the surface of porous ceramic boards with immobilized mycorrhizas.At temperatures below 10℃,micro-polluted water overflowed the serrated weir set in the front of the reactor,percolated the porous ceramics settled on the bottom,fell into the next reactor through downcomer.Its CODcr(Chemical Oxygen Demand)removal rate reached 89.6% and its total nitrogen removal rate reached 45.8%.Results show that the porous ceramic bioreactor can meet the growing demand for moss and its mycorrhizas,give full play to moss-mycorrhizas symbiosis's resistance to the cold,and achieve a good treatment effect.
