钛酸铋钠基无铅压电陶瓷粉体的制备技术 被引量:8

SYNTHESIS OF SODIUM BISMUTH TITANATE-BASED LEADFREE PIEZOELECTRIC CERAMIC POWDERS

摘要 作为一类具有发展前景的无铅压电陶瓷,钛酸铋钠(BNT)基陶瓷的开发和应用正日益受到重视。陶瓷粉体的形貌、化学成分的均匀性等,直接影响着陶瓷材料的组成与结构乃至其电学性能。本文综述了近几年BNT基无铅压电陶瓷粉体的制备技术,介绍了各种方法的基本原理、工艺,并讨论了不同制备方法的优缺点。 As a kind of lead-free piezoelectric ceramics with good prospect,development and application of sodium bismuth titanate(Bi1/2Na1/2TiO3,BNT)-based ceramics have become the concern of scientists.The morphology and homogeneity of chemical composition of ceramic powders have an inevitable effect on the structure and electrical properties of the ceramics.In this paper,several methods used in recent years for synthesis of BNT-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramic powders are reviewed.The principle and process of every method are introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are discussed.
