摘要
目的研究中国士兵人格问卷对青年军人精神分裂症患者与正常新兵的区分效度,并筛选鉴别力较高的分量表。方法用中国士兵人格问卷中的3个效度量表和8个人格分量表,对2376名集训期新兵和5所军队精神病医院住院军人精神分裂症缓解期191例进行测验,将测验结果进行逐步判别分析。结果精神分裂症患者的8项人格分量表检测结果均显著高于正常新兵,精神分裂症患者效度量表中求异性也显著高于正常新兵,而防御性、掩饰性明显低于正常新兵。8个人格分量表中除主观妄想均进入判别方程。判别函数预测精神分裂症患者和正常新兵的正确率分别为80.9%、98.9%,误判概率P=0.202。结论中国士兵人格问卷对两组被试者的判别效度较高,可在扩大样本量基础上对问卷进行修订以进一步提高判别效度。
Objective To assess the discriminative validity of Chinese Solider Personality Questionnaire (CSPQ) between young PLA soldiers with schizophrenia and healthy recruits, and to select scales wit high discriminative validity. Methods 191 schizophrenic young soldiers and 2376 recruits were tested with 3 validity scales and 8 personal scales of CSPQ. The score of all scales were subjected to discriminative analysis. Results The scores of personal scale of schizophrenias were obviously higher than that of healthy recruits. In validity scale S of schizophrenias was obviously higher than that of healthy recruits, but D and T were obviously lower, Discriminative analysis indicated that 7 personal scales of CSPQ were the most important variables. It successfully classified 80. 9% and 98.9% respectively in schizophrenic young soldiers and normal recruits, and misjudgment probability rate was P =0. 202. Conclusion CSPQ has a high discriminative validity and on the basis of the results of discriminantive analysis it can be used in the screening of recruits. Further study of simpli- fied inventory should be made with a larger sample.
