摘要
套细胞淋巴瘤根据形态特征可分为经典型和变异型。经典型主要表现为中小淋巴细胞单一性增生、不规则核和核仁不明显；变异型主要包括母细胞性套细胞淋巴瘤和多形性套细胞淋巴瘤，临床表现通常具有更强的侵袭性。
