脊髓损伤干细胞治疗研究进展

摘要 脊髓损伤(SCI)患者最终能完全恢复其神经功能的不足1%,而且大多数留下严重的后遗症。近年来对于脊髓损伤的病理生理学研究发现,继发性损伤导致病灶周围出现炎症浸润、进展性缺血坏死和脱髓鞘现象对于神经元再生及功能恢复起着极为不利的影响,如何促进损伤神经元修复及再生,恢复机体神经功能成为SCI治疗关注的焦点。
