摘要
按照产业集群发展的思路,以关联发展、成链发展、集聚发展为方向,各类开发区在其区内逐步建立了特色突出、功能完善、成长快速的特色产业园区。发展特色产业园区不仅有利于形成顶端优势产业,更能有效地推动开发区产业结构的不断优化和升级。因此,以产业集群作为理论基础,界定了特色产业园区的内涵,并阐述了其基本特征;重点探讨了特色产业园区发展的支撑体系,并运用层次分析方法,分析确定了特色产业园区发展过程中的关键影响因素。
According to industrial cluster development ideas, and with the direction of associate development, chain development and gather development, kinds of development zones have gradually established features outstanding, functional and fast-growing featured industrial parks in its area. Developing featured industrial parks not only helps to form top leading edge industries, but also effectively promote optimization and upgrading of development zones’ industrial structure. Therefore,on the basis of industrial cluster theory, the paper defines connotation and characteristics of Featured Industrial Park. And more important, the paper probes into development supporting system of featured industrial park, through using analytic hierarchy process, it determines key influence factors in featured industrial park’s development process.
