摘要
自2004年教育部提出科研创新团队支持计划以来,不同层次的"高校科研创新团队"如雨后春笋般涌出现。很多高校从形式上组建了科研创新团队,却很少探究科研创新团队的能力成长机制。运用系统理论、知识管理理论,阐述了高校科研创新团队及其能力的内涵,构造了高校科研创新团队能力跃进的一般模型,并讨论了高校科研创新团队能力跃进的动力系统。
Many Innovative Research Teams in University (IRTU) come forth in the plan of China Ministry of Education in 2004. Most of the universities build the IRTU formally. Few of them lucubrate the mechanism of IRTU competence. This paper applies the system theory and knowledge management to the mechanism of IRTU competence. Firstly, the concept of the IRTU and its competence are discussed. And then, a model of the competence ascending of IRTU is presented. The impetuses of the competence are given at the last. The research of this paper is an useful consult for the scientific research manager in the university.
