摘要
目的建立[Bmim]BF4/NH4)2SO4和[Bmim]BF4/NaH2PO4两种基于室温离子液体/盐的双水相萃取体系,并用于对葛根素的萃取分离研究。方法分别对这两个体系进行优化,考察离子液体的用量、盐的用量、葛根素的加入量、以及不同醇对葛根素在两相中的分配影响。结果通过优化实验条件后,发现在最佳条件下:(NH4)2SO4用量为0.3~0.36g/ml,[Bmim]BF4的用量为0.32~0.40g/ml,葛根素溶液加入量为1.5ml,乙醇量为2%,葛根素的萃取率可以达到97%以上。结论 [Bmim]BF4/(NH4)2SO4双水相体系对葛根素有更高的萃取率,并且加入少量乙醇时,能明显增加葛根素的萃取率。
Objective Two ionic liquids aqueous two-phase systems based on [Bmim]BF4/(NH4)2SO4 and [Bmim]BF4/NaH2PO4 were investigated to obtain effective constituent,puerarin from pueraria.Methods Experimental conditions of each of these two systems were optimized,including the amount of ionic liquid,salt,puerarin and alcohol.Results After optimizing the experimental conditions,the best conditions were the amount of(NH4)2SO4 for 0.30.36 g/ml,[Bmim]BF4 for 0.320.40 g/ml,adding 1.5 ml puerarin solution,ethanol at 2%,the extraction efficiency of puerarin could be up to 97%.Conclusion The [Bmim]BF4/(NH4)2SO4 system has a higher extraction efficiency of puerarin.When adding a little ethanol,the extraction efficiency can increase evidently.
